So were they limiting how many cups of variants you could purchase?

 

Kinda. at 9 AM, I saw folks with 3-4. At Brozerker the gal asked how many I wanted and got 2.

 

I good strategy that worked for me was to have a bottle of Angry Chair, go to where people were walking away with their variants and trade pours with them. This worked because nobody really needs that many oz of it and I was mainly looking to tick. Scored about 6-7 variant pours in an hour this way.

Was able to try Handjee, Chemtrail, FVM, Brotilla, Brozerker, and Quit Hitting Yourself so far by having my group split up to go get different stuff.

Hung and drawn was the best variant I tried today. Handjee was good but I thought this was better.

 

was I the only one super irritated by the timed tap lines? Felt like an impossible undertaking and moved incredibly slow. Seemed like they needed way more pos systems or something? I don’t know the solution but it was too crazy for me to even attempt.

At least later in the day they were doing half-pours of variants. Got FVM and handjee that way at the gumball tent. Probably 5-6 ozs of a 9 oz cup for 10 bucks. Delicious as all hell tho

We got Handjee and Hung Drawn. I also tried those two and. Chem Trail on tap. Hung Drawn and Quartered rules the day!

Drew a Handjee and a Hung Drawn. Swapped the handjee for a greatest teachable moments because I am convinced that is this years sleeper(and I’ve had handjee a bunch of times...and it was super sweet on tap today).

Guy I traded it to had never had it and had gotten a double greatest teachable so that was my goodwill of the day. Ate some shrimp tacos and came home to play with my baby before she went to bed. And now I’m gonna go to bed. Hope everyone had a great time. Cheers!

 

Went to my first Dark Lord Day, tried my first Handjee, and got the 3 Floydiest beer ever.

 

Wife and I both got Cavaleiro of Varnov. She was really hoping to get Hung Drawn N Quartered (insert joke here). With her birthday coming up I was hoping to make this happen for her. I’d be willing to add if needed.
