Wow. No shot for me. We are without power and i wouldn't dream of dealing with that traffic with lights out all along the way. Would love a bottle, but this is one i will probably miss. Definitely curious if it sold out or not.

Waiting outside now, they apparently have ~130 bottles left. I swear, their business hours are the dumbest of any brewpub I've ever seen. But as long as they keep making awesome sours, I can deal.

haha... I love the secret release. Nice work CL. This keeps the out-of towners and mules from getting all the beer.

mnaclerio, Lockport/Singer Farms is in WESTERN NY close to Buffalo. UPSTATE NY lies between the Mohawk and St Lawrence rivers. It's North of Central NY and Eastern NY. Your geography lesson for today...

When did you open the Cherry barrel select? I opened one during the hurricane -- big improvement over its initial profile.

I remember it being somewhat mediocre when it was released. More cherry juice than anything.

Are they considered the same beer then?

    Just a different vintage essentially?

Sounds likely.. but would be nice for locals to confirm.

I havn't opened a Barrel Select Cherry in a few months. I only had it twice, glad to hear it may be improving.
The new offering is a completely different beer, different base and different fruit.
