How prevalent was the line drinking during last year's Kentuckley release?

 

I didn't see anyone drinking in line although I was towards the back.

 

Good to hear. Same true for cutting?

 

I think I may have seen a tiny bit (solo cups) in a parking lot but basically none in line. I got a bad sunburn after 3 hours in line. Lesson learned!

 

Sunblock or don't wait in 3 hour lines?

 

Honestly, I think the biggest factor was the angle of the sunlight directed at the line. I've never gotten that burnt up from a few hours out in the sun before.

 

Limits aren't set until the day of & when they are they tend to be larger than the member limits.
Of course members can also buy the general public limits along w/the member limit

 

It's gonna be an expensive day.

 

I want to say last year started with 6 Buckley, 4 Bark Lord, and 3 Kentuckley. Bark Lord and Kentuckley were 2 and 2 by the time I got through at 3pm. Note that the bottles lasted until close last year so waiting in line didn't really pay off unless you got there before the allotment changed. Of course you only know that after you know the result

 

I'm a new club member, and it's gonna be real hard not to just go full limit...

 

....and when asked about it on Facebook, Chris said that he couldn't make any guarantees but that he would expect there to be SOME bottles available on Sunday though some of the variants may not make it

 

I'm seriously debating reserving 2 allotments. do I need 12 bottles of Buckley & variants @>$250??? will I be kicking myself if I don't have more than 1 of each variant????? unfortunately I can't make Buckley day so these are my choices....

 

Reserved my 2 allotments and will be there to get my max. This years variants sound great! If they turn out as good as wake and cake....they will be Awesome!!!!! see you guys there.

There was one group of toolboxes that showed up around 7 drinking and acting like being hungover was some badge of honor. Other than that I didn’t see much line drinking.

If you aren’t adult enough to prevent a hamgover(hydrate. Tylenol before bed, eat food) you are a noob to the alcohol game.

 

What if you partied so hard you broke right through that wall?

 

Then you are human, happens to the best of us, but if I know I’m going to line up early the next day for a beer release, I’m going to take care of myself like a responsible adult, simple math.
