I’ve run half marathons in 80 degree heat that have taken less effort than putting down this bottle. I blame you, Missouri, for not stepping up in my time of need.

No, it’s quite good. Very good! I’ll spare you my detailed review; it was glowing. But 750 ml for on-site consumption is asinine. I gave the last little bit back to the house to give to a nice patron, ‘cause 15 percent beer, while dehydrated from a day walking around in the sun and 90 degrees... well, I’d rather burn a $20 bill than wake up feeling awful at this point in my life.

I will say, after all the henna and goose templeton, ‘13 Prop, double barrel, rare 15, saint errant stouts, dl variants, etc, etc, i’ve had these past couple weeks, $60 a bottle also seems unnecessary. But what do I know. I enjoyed it a lot - but 6-8 oz would have been perfect.

Also, the scene at the brewery was bourgeoisie AF. Neither good nor bad, just not what I expected. Good people watching, and the bartenders were thoughtful and nice. They all thought OWK was one of their favorite stouts.

Don't they usually make you buy 'rare' bottles with at least one other person or was that another place I'm thinking of? Congrats on the opportunity anyway. I'd begrudgingly jump on it if I was there too, but I have someone that would always be interesting in splitting a bottle with me.

This feels like new territory. People were just complaining about $25-$35 dollar bottles the other day...but not seeing much sturm und drang over this one.
