I got a little insider info at the ferm just now. They pulled nothing off the taplist in preparation of a nitro milkshake this weekend. Very intrigued to see how that turns out.

So that nobody else has to endure the pain of staring at the above comment for 4 minutes trying to make sense of it that I totally didn't just go through myself: "nothing" is that stout(porter?) that Tired Hands makes.

I assume we won't hear what the cans will be until Saturday afternoon or evening? Obviously anything could happen but is that everyone's gut for now?

Last year they didn’t announce what the can actually was until Sunday morning, I believe. Although that was 1 can, not 7. Personally I like the suspense.

Yeah sorry. I can see how that would be confusing. “Nothing” was a black beer that they brewed and later added on as their first and only nitro tap so far. It’s been on for a few month and hasn’t changed. One can only hope the milkshake lasts that long. Yeah right...

So 200 cases of Big Dream left out of 325. I think everyone is waiting for this weekend.

I look forward to seeing the chair line to get into the ferm and the chair line for the can release. Its going to be an intertwining fucking disaster just like last year.

People are going to have chairs in all lines. Did they start can sales at 11 last year or 12? It is going to be a mess in Ardmore no matter what. That town really needs more parking.

Pretty sure they started at 11 so if you were close to the front for cans and had a chair in line for the Ferm you had no issues. However, with the new rule of no chairs dropped before 8am its going to be a bit different this year.

You assume they'll enforce that and actually enforce that lol. I anticipate a nice line of empties before 6am.

12PM last year - from the post, "We will be selling cans of Milksaint Fiver, our Anniversary Milkshake IPA, beginning at 12:00 through the big garage doors down in the brewery. $24/four pack, two four packs per person. We have 275 cases available."

I went to the anniversary event on Saturday of last year, and arrived around 4:30pm. I had zero wait for the para bar, a table at the cafe, and a table of 6 at the ferm. I plan to do the same this Saturday as well.

My plan is to head there around noon or 1 on sunday, get in line and get whatever cans i can get. If i miss out on some, oh well. There's 7 beers releasing so I'm sure I'll get something I like.

I anticipate allotments to be low right? How long did it take the 5th anniversary shake to sell out?

I was tempted at the Skull Lessons since youre guaranteed full allotments of the cans but $125 was steep
