Other Half in May!

I feel like tree house and trillium do that because they have the same 15-20 beers and don’t really do new ones that often while other half does new beers pretty much every single week.

Unfortunately it's what the Instagram l#lineyfe #hazebros want, so unfortunately Double/Triple/Quadruple IPA's are what several breweries are going to produce to keep up with the "hype"

 

Seems like plenty of Hazebroz are into stuff like Congress Street or Julius or Yojo or Focal Banger, etc too.

I'd be interested in a poll or thread about folks' favorite regular-lineup single IPAs in the NYC area, I think OH would be surprisingly underrepresented.

 

I haven't been to Other Half since the Barrier collab in March and I can't say I don't miss their beers, but I don't feel empty inside. There are so many great options around here. I have no problem going to my local shop that's 4 blocks from me and grabbing Interboro, Greenpoint, KCBC etc. But once I can start making my way out to OH again, I know I'll be super pumped on grabbing cans.

Also, I just want more of the Single Hop and Dual Hop series. I'd be happy with just having those options, and throw in Hop Showers as well.

I just discovered an unopened Florida Plates 2.0 and cracked it open. Wow, this is the best it's tasted probably...very fruit forward, no burn. Maybe somewhat muted. Still not as good as the original.
