    2. Samuel Smith's Imperial Stout - I was surprised at how well this stands up to the competition
    3. North Coast's Old Rasputin - a no-brainer, right?
    4. Firestone Walker's Parabola
    5. Founders' Imperial Stout
    ...and just for good measure, a sixth...

    Nogne O's Imperial Stout - probably not as much hype as the aforementioned, but a spot-on RIS
