Gigantic Sassy Pony Pale Ale

    Anyone had the pleasure of consuming this one yet? I swear to the beer gods it's the closest thing I've ever tasted to FFF Zombie Dust in the PNW. A 5.5%abv Pale Ale jam packed with all that Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo goodness.

    Probably one of my favorite beers around town at the moment.

    Bottles? I can’t remember the last time I saw a Gigantic beer on tap in Seattle.

    16.9oz bottles just released this last week. It's possible maybe kegs will find their way up to Seattle for a beer week? I can't imagine Gigantic not sending a beer this delicious to at least one or two festivals.

    I see bottles regularly at Whole Foods, Bottleworks and Total Wine so that's not a problem, but they must not sell well on draft up here. I saw tons of their stuff on draft when I went back to visit my in-laws in Omaha, though.

    I don't recall seeing Gigantic on tap up here at all. I'd grab a bottle if I saw it.

    That's a pretty bold statement (he says in his best Pulp Fiction John Travolta voice). Will definitely keep an eye out for this one.

    I'd like to take the Pepsi challenge with this shit, now if only I could get my hands on some fresh Zombie Dust! :weary:

    But seriously, it's coming in at that $3.97 a pint price point which is also awesome.

    Thanks for posting this. I might have passed on it as I feel Gigantic is hit or miss and they have so many beers out there. I did really like Kiss the Goat, though, so maybe they're hitting their stride. I'll pick this up when I see it.

    bought 2 bottles at Zupans on Macadam. Pretty damn impressive. one of the better pale ales on the market. will probably go back for more this week :slight_smile:
