    May as well give this release a proper thread. According to Sierra Nevada, the pack was due to ship out last week so keep your eyes peeled.




    Here are the hops involved:

    IPA - Galaxy/Motueka
    DIPA - Pacific Jade/Rakau/Waimea
    Session IPA - Wakatu, Nelson Sauvin
    Pils - Pacifica/Wai-iti

    I haven't bought a SN product in years, other than the occasional Pale Ale on tap when out, but this one has my interest.

    But,.. you do realize that the majority of the hop varieties utilized are New Zealand hops, right?:confused:

    I wouldn’t. Sierra makes the most shelf stable hoppy beers on the planet. This is not your local brewery canning their first run of hazy IPA.

    Always worth a shot. Even if it ends up not being a "knock your socks off" brew--who knows--It will be 4 new beers that I have no doubts will be well made and new to me.

    Can't wait.

    How much have the experimental hop 12-packs been going for? I haven't seen any of them this year but I am emailing my local store to see if they can get this one.

    I remember these going for a few bucks more than the standard SN 12-packs but not at the BeerCamp level.

    Definitely will pick this one up.

    In Pa, about $22-23 after tax. So you're looking at like $18.
