Two beers releasing tomorrow, Friday (5/18)..
    _____________________________________
Proximity Project: Plum Sliced - Plum Sliced is 5.5% ABV and the fourth vintage of our wild ale series and this time re-fermented on plum. This beautiful red mixed fermentation sour has lovely funky notes and a touch of fleshy plum sweetness and tartness. This golden sour was inoculated with a mixed culture of brewer’s yeast and native wild microflora from our brewery grounds in Fulton. We aged this golden sour on oak then re-fermented it on top of plums in stainless. The beer and the wood it lives within, their simplicity and complexity, is at the core of the Proximity Project.
On sale at both breweries on Friday, 5/18 at noon for $14.50 a bottle (4 bottle limit). There will also be draft pours available.

Coconut Night Lands 10% Imperial Stout with heaping amounts of toasted coconut. Dense fudge with punchy coconut aromatics will appease your Spring palate. Delicate chocolate and caramel notes round out the flavor profile on this one and almost mirrors a liquid mounds bar.
Coconut Night Lands will be available in Crowler format at noon Friday Downtown. $16.50 per Crowler and no limit. **Will be available Sat. at Fulton**

Brewery also added a bunch of new apparel in their online store

Interesting that they switched up the yeast on Green Dreams. They did a 6% IPA with an experimental yeast strain a couple weeks ago (Lost Highway I think), I wonder if its the same strain.

Bottle has been added to Friday's release...

March Hare opens with bright acidity and delicate brett funk. That gives way to a rounded crushed grapefruit rind, oak and a soft earthy lemon floral finish. March Hare is a complex 5% golden sour that was inoculated with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria left to age in oak for over 12 months. We will be releasing this alongside the 4 other cans this Friday in Fulton.
This will be available on draft in Fulton and $13.50 per 500ml bottle (4 bottle limit)

This week is kind of a wild card, but my guess is there will be something left but not a whole lot. Probably Green Dreams and/or Liquid Symphony if anything. Interstellar is one of the ones from the Paste Magazine contest so that one always draws a bigger crowd, even though its really no better than any of their other DIPAs, its just the one people know.

It's definitely a good beer, but I remember thinking it wasn't even the best of the beers released that day last time.

Yep. About half way out the patio. Got here 20 mins ago and probably another 15-20 min wait to be up front. Have seen lots of 2-3 mixed cases walking out. People are def loading up on Interstellar.

I just saw that they have 2 locations. Do they ever send cans to the downtown location or only Fulton?
