Haha well that works out to be about average so I’m okay with that. I should have gone to the local high school to ask the kids how to boomerang good

 

Are they really not charging for the pours? That would be some surprise!

 

There was a free pour of Lights On for the crowd that got there earlier than 4

 

Please pour the Cookie Dough Double Shot into a funnel attached to my mouth until I pass into the ether.

 

I hope they start doing some of draft and cask specials on a regular basis. I will also add my disdain for the decision to limit the DD can options. If you go so far to require a DD, you should at least hook them up- the available can list should have been flipped. Give the DDs a case of Very Green!

 

Anyone know what the available cans where for the 6th Adversity Party?

 

Trail magical, Julius, Doppleganger, super sap (?), Very Green, Gggreenn.

DDs weren’t able to get Gggreennn, and I think the amount for the others were slightly different

 

Here’s my advice for anybody that is going to the 2nd or 3rd session.

We showed up at 3:40 and only had to wait 10 min to get our glass, shirt, and tickets. Right at 4 the line was twice as long.

Me and my +1 got 6 tickets each and that worked or to be about perfect. We each got our last pours at 7:50. If you get more than 5-6, I would say make sure you plan to finish each beer in a designated time so that you can fit them in. 4 hours for potentially 10 beers is kind of tight. Especially if you have to plan on spending 20 min or so waiting for food/ eating. Beer tickets aren’t refundable. So it’s better to buy a few then get more later.

Never had to wait more than 5 min for a pour. The crowd was nice and quaint. Got to chat with Dean and Nate for a couple of minutes. Met some really cool people near where we were sitting and in line.

 

I think there's going to be a lot of negative feedback over this whole situation. While I am very happy for those who won and hope they enjoyed themselves thoroughly, this party has created the biggest divide between the haves and the have nots since TH opened. Like I said earlier, I'm going so this isn't about butthurt. But I think this is an issue.

That being said, I'll give $500 cash to anyone who goes to the anniversary party and uses all 10 of their draft tickets on Old Man and has video to prove it.
