Yeah I think we can be too close to it to see the big picture: Corridor is flat out more popular than even just last summer. It makes sense as word of mouth spreads locally (I.e. our friends enjoying our crowlers we bring over) plus it has become an out of town must visit based on threads on places like BA

Time to shut this thread down and remove Corridor from the "Visiting Chicagoland" thread recommendations.

Yeah, consider this: Corridor routinely places as one of the best, if not the best Chicago producer of what is probably the hottest beer style out there (not to mention an offshoot on what was already the most popular beer style), PLUS is situated in a trendy (young) neighborhood, PLUS is 10 minutes from Wrigley Field.

We're lucky any of us get any beer there at all without waiting in line for 30 minutes.

Wouldn't it be easier just to tell everyone it's a White Sox only bar?

Had a great time at Corridor yesterday. Arrived about 11:30 and met some long time friends there. Parked no problem the next street over. Easy in, easy out on a weekday late morning/early afternoon. We spent a few hours there, got lunch, tried lots of different beer, wait staff was great. Place was super chill this time of day and plenty of seats. Left with my 2 crowlers and went about a great day and night in the city (after retiring my car and keys of course). My brain and wallet had planned to leave with 3-4 crowlers, but so it goes. No objections to the limits here. I'm certain that rule is what allowed me to have access to 4 different top notch hazy beers yesterday. Thanks Corridor for another great experience.

It would both be easier and would make me very at home.

I have no problem with the limit! I went to Dovetail after and grabbed two more growler's!

The gentleman serving pointed out that the limit was due to the craft beer week situation in which they ran out of crowlers and essentially all haze. I should point out that I did see a guy, shortly after parking with a growler and a crowler. So I guess it's good to know people.

Stopped by yday before the cubs game with many people from my office and had a good meal and great beer. Wasn't completely packed but also weren't many empty seats. Mosaic Monsoon was awesome and agreed it is pretty complex for a single hop beer. Pulp Hogan was solid. I need to try some of the other food there but ordered the burger again. Excited for CJB which is my favorite, for my palate CJB it is one of the best. Love that 3 DDHs was available on tap, keep cranking out the awesome haze! Hoping for one day to be able to swing by and walk out with 3 DDH IPA 4 packs. Until then I will keep giving Corridor my $ for great beer to get there hehe!

This batch of Mosaic Monsoon is probably my favorite beer Corridor has ever produced, just insanely good.

Mosaic Monsoon needs to get the 4 pack treatment. This is the best mosaic beer I've ever had.

It really is incredible. Opened my crowler with a friend this evening. Hits every mark for me - taste, aroma, mouthfeel, carb level, etc. Big mango/tropical notes. Glad I made this one of my 2 take homes.

Might be time to contract brew and go big...although perhaps the shelf life of these scares brewers away from increasing production of hazys...

Can’t believe the filter here didn’t censor filthy language like “contract brew”

Oh I was just thinking they should can these like SqueezeIt, and CJB. 100 4/pk release at the brewery.

If you don’t get the love for CJB you just might not like Galaxy. That beer is delicious.

yes, it's still a very good beer, but it's not one of my favorites of theirs.

galaxy isn't my preferred hop, but i thought HB galaxy bowl was excellent and probably one of my top 3 beers i've had this year, btw.

I had to go back and get more Mosaic Monsoon though, just a phenomenal beer.

i daresay, it may have gravitated into the "liquid gold" category...

Stopped in at Corridor yesterday and got to try the new Van Hazen. The addition of Meridian hops to this one really make it extra juicy in my opinion. Might be one of the best Van Hazen's yet and that's saying something because I like the OG line up a little better than the Hagar years.

The Mosaic Monsoon it's still up there in the liquid Bliss category as well. Glad they're getting back to normal after all you heathens pillaged and plundered through Craft Beer Week and Memorial Day weekend. LOL
