The fact that SO many beer geeks have either forgotten about Duvel, and most other traditional Belgian beer, or never knew about them in the first place makes me sad. One of the truly awesome beers of the world, to be sure!

This is the exception to my not really caring for hoppy beers in summer. Moon Man is incredibly refreshing and ridiculously drinkable.

There are so many suitable ones I generally choose based on freshness.

For me it’s Nite Lite by Night Shift Brewing. I was skeptical at first but it’s probably the best light lager I’ve ever had.

Unfortunately every time I go to take a pic, my beer glass is already half empty or gone entirely. This is the only (shitty) pic I’ve snagged so far; I nearly forgot I was busy cooking (burning) some stuff on the grill so, yeah I have an excuse lol

I am embarrassed to admit that along with the high priced stuff I buy either PBR or Hamms. They both do the job for me. Drinkable and good. Especially when I am thirsty. Saves me a TON OF MONEY.

I've sipped on numerous BA stouts in the summer. I've slammed may <6% beers in the summer. Which is it?

Basically this. Gose and pilsner are my two favorite summertime beer choices.

Pilsner, Gose, & Hefe's. Not chugging, not sipping, but, somewhere in the middle.

Refreshing is a crushable Pils or Lager on a hot day at the beach or pool. I do like my Heady as a first beer of the day at the beach, but by mid afternoon it's usually a Pils of some type.
