Une Année/Hubbard's Cave Releases

Sorry for the delay! I’m not around and I’d guess everyone has left the brewery by now, but we will be open and slangin’ dem cans tomorrow. We sent/are sending just about everything out to distro and I’m out of town so don’t know the exact numbers, but we should have 3-5 cases of V7 and Samarbeid and about 10 cases of V15 left to sell in the tap room. I’m not trying to be coy but with just two weeks of can sales so far, I honestly have no idea how long the stuff will last. My best guess says yes through Friday (at least V15), but probably not through the weekend. But everything going out to the rest of the city could slow things down. Shit, I don’t know.

Just had the V4 and the V7.
Really enjoyed the V4 and a huge fan of the V7. Hope I can land the V15. Also, the labels are so fucking cool in my opinion.

 

Um you should probably switched "bottled" to "canned". @Marksy

 

I thought the same things when I picked up cans of v7 and v15 today! Minor quibble, for sure, but it still caught my eye.

 

Minor quibbles are what the internet is for!!

 

I think they mentioned the canning line arrived early so I’m assuming they already ordered the labels with bottling in mind.

I need to get on these cans.

 

Ding ding ding! V4 and V7 still say "Bottled" (they also say 750 mL...shhhhh), but starting with Samarbeid and V15 everything should be appropriately labeled. Should be.

 

Not a problem. I'm not drinking the labels.

Just checked my v15, and by golly, you’re right. Hopefully you realize the comments above were not really serious criticisms, just an observation. As @GuyFawkes said, it’s what we have to do on the interwebs.

 

Has anyone tried the Samarbeid collaboration with Pulpit Rock? Had one last night and thought it was great. Passion fruit definitely comes through and it hides the 9.2% ABV really well.

 

I was hoping to scoop one of these up from my local spot tonight, glad to see a review on it finally

I know v4 and v7 were both at Warehouse Liquors yesterday, but getting pretty low on the amount they had left.

 

Binny's Grand had a bunch yesterday (not sure what's left today).

LGM 2018-4, 2018-5 are both very good. For some reason, I had lower expectations for the blueberry/lavender/black tea but that one was stellar. The 2018 LGM’s have been wildly successful in terms of batting average
