Might be off here, but I believe this drop of ACE will be the third since we last saw AGE. Pitiful.

 

Hopefully low limits means stuff will last, I definitely won’t be able to get there at opening.

 

Unfortunately for some of it, i think the low limit is due to the VIP cases. The bottles though I bet will last quite a while.

 

I promised myself I would buy a case next time they dropped Diamonds... Oh well.

 

To be honest I'm skeptical that this will outlast the inevitable shit show of a line

Space hallucinations on tap. Had a taster when I filled a growler on my way home. Out of the triple versions of space/citra/mosaic, i’d put citra at the top. But I’d say this is the most easy-drinking (relative term) of the three, and a close second

 

Random but Double Cream Get the Honey with Citra is fire. Amazing. Hoping they brew it again.

 

Meant to ask. Will they have the trillium and JW collab on draft available for walk ins to consume Thursday?

there is a new brewery out in NJ that have been doing 1-3 month barrel aging. I haven't had anything from them, so I don't want to say one way or another...just seems weird and a lot of work for little return.

 

Depending on the batch size, you can get some real barrel character with less than a year aging. I'm sure that brewery is doing way bigger batches than this, but with a 15 gallon barrel, you can over-oak with a month's aging

 

Snow birds was released roughly 7 months ago

 

They usually milk $4 for 4oz only pours on anything hyped... A buck a once is money from heaven.
