You don’t even need to wait for pictures. They post up to date draft list on untapped with pricing and if crowler s are available if you just search for the venue. Their website is also linked to their untapped and always has an up to date draft list. Even says the last time they updated it.

Question - I’m staying in Clearwater for a weeklong family vacation. We’ll make it up to Tampa once or twice. Is Angry Chair a definite no-go for kids? Assuming the latter, but can’t tell from anything online. Would be going late afternoon if we go.

 

If you’re not there at night and it’s not too crowded I don’t think it’s an issue. I’ve taken my son to Angry Chair multiple times and have never been made to feel unwelcome. It’s all about your kids behaving. I’d say that goes for most local spots. A couple like Green Bench are overtly kid friendly but almost everywhere is not kid adverse as long as they are well mannered.

 

Thanks good to know - yeh always try to be cognizant if the kids behavior in a situation like that.

Just be aware that depending on the bar staff you might get some less than kid friendly music choices. Oh and there was that Sunday afternoon they had some low budget indie horror movie that was gory in the ridiculous on 1 of the TVs. It's part of what makes it a fun stop

 

Thanks to the replies (and fair warnings). We went yesterday and went to the Revolution ice cream right by there beforehand, brought that and the kids ate ice cream and then danced a bit to turn back time and du hast mich. All while I had a couple nice stouts. It wasn’t too crowded and seemed fine for my kids for a half hour stop (went around 7 pm)

 

So quiet for a ba silent release and crowlerable stout

Wasnt so silent. Hell half of the Hidden Springs line went to AC after getting the DB Fluffer.... Heard rumblings about it at around 830am.

 

So anyone got the inside track for that next release?
