Might crab a crowler of it and I'll report back on how it is. But if it's $14 I'll probably pass.

It was $13 so I went for it. Crusader has got some bite to it. It's pretty bitter. Mostly grapefruit through and through. Not my favorite Corridor offering.

Had Haze Crusade yesterday. Its pretty juicy but isnt a total juice bomb, it has a little pine and bitterness in the finish. It's also a tick over 8%. I liked it alot.

Had my wife pick up a crowler of Crusade since she was in the neighborhood last night. If the above comments on its piney bitterness are true, I'm very excited to try it.

Went in for late lunch today to try Haze Crusader and the latest Van Hazen. It was around 1:30, but we were told it was a 30 minute wait (despite at least 2 open tables and nobody else visibly waiting). We probably would’ve waited it out, but then were told that even once we were seated, it would be 2:30 at the earliest until we could eat because they were going to be switching from brunch to regular menu. That was a dealbreaker, as we had a sitter booked until 3, so we passed. I walked away somewhat perplexed at how it all went down.

I love Corridor beers and have had great experiences with individuals there at different times, but this was yet another strange experience there. Maybe I’m just ignorant how busy it was and/or how the switch over of menus can be, though.

There must be more to switching over menus than we we think. I was at restaurant in Milwaukee yesterday that was moving from brunch to their lunch/ dinner menu. They said we can order off the brunch menu or it would be a 30 minute wait for lunch/dinner.

this same exact thing happened to me and my family 2 saturdays before easter. what really made it a kick in my balls was that when i bought some crowlers (after not eating), i inexplicably left my credit card there. after driving back to the suburbs, i called and they said they had it and would hold it. my wife took the kids back down the next day (traffic sucked too), and she was told that they had no record of it. the guy gave her a voucher for 2 free crowlers, which she promply lost. that was not a good weekend.

Interesting to hear, and I guess now I will not be surprised if it happens again somewhere. You'd think they could be a bit more adaptive to not lose out on customers for that period of time.

Wow, that is way worse than my story! If losing the credit card was the kick in the balls, then losing the crowler vouchers was like a punch to the face while you were buckled over from the kick in the balls.

Yeah you'd think the process would be streamlined at this point but who knows.

I've experience the "KITCHEN CLOSED" temporarily for menu switching at Sheffield's. At the time it was no problem as I do not like Sheffield's brunch menu.

64 total oz rule is in effect. Went last night to fill up my 2 growlers for the weekend and was only able to fill one. No brainer for me went with CJB. Can't wait to try latest batch. Almost the weekend.

Latest batch is great. I enjoyed the Haze Crusade yesterday as well. Dicey moment when they were out of crowlers at around 1:30 but they had 2 giant bags of cans then come in. Perfect beer for the 4th of July festivities

Haze Crusade is amazing right now. Lemonworld is also really good, nice dry and lemony.

Corridor is lighting fireworks today with Bendy Straw Raspberry and 3 BA stouts (draft only). Good thing I have an hour to kill and need crowlers for a cookout anyways

Do you know what the BA stouts were? I don't see them listed on their website.

I'd be over there in a second for the BA stuff if I weren't lazy af. The base coco was already so good.
