There's a good chance Ethereal will drop cans of Passion Gose and Fadtastic late next week. Prices/sizes unknown.

 

BA Buku on tap at MW today for club members and tomorrow for the general public. Early review are good.

 

Chances of it surviving until Saturday?

 

No telling. It was moving fast today, from what I understand there are only two half kegs. But I don't think they'll sell it all today.

 

Please keep me updated. A Lexington crew will show up Saturday if it survives.

Came here to post that. I wish I could say that if it's any consolation it wasn't good, but it was tremendous. FWIW, they put on regular Buku, which I think is a really strong beer in its own right.

 

We will be in town tomorrow anyway. Gonna grab that 3rd Turn release, maybe pout through a regular Buku.

 

Visited Louisville today, briefly. 3rd Turn Glazing Paddles was good, a tad below Skillet Donut overall, but actually pulls off a note of 'dough' on the front half. Regular Buku is still quite good for a big-ass sweet stout over at Mile Wide.

 

Seeing employee posts today, Tropical Gose is canning now. 4-pack tallboys.

 

Mirror Twin just announced cans of Hazy But Lazy to be released July 21 at their Haze Festival.

 

Due to KY laws being limited to 256 oz per person per day until July 14, Ethereal's can release will be limited to 4 4-packs per person per day, any combo. Gose is $12, Fadtastic is $16. This will not sell out this weekend due to this and the case counts.

 

Plenty of Ethereal cans available. BA Aunt Hohmima, Bellerophon, and a special Baba Yaga are on tap today. The Baba was aged 2 extra months, and somehow has a coconut nose/flavor I've never experienced with Baba before.

 

How are the gose and fadtastic? Might get my mom to stop by and bring me some when she comes down in August.

 

Both are excellent and well worth a purchase. Should hold up just fine in a fridge until then.
