Emailed Two Roads when I had a geyser shoot out of a collab can they did with Evil Twin. They responded asking for more information, and also ended up sending me an envelope of swag. The bottle opener they sent me ended up on my keychain. I felt that they handled the situation well just be responding. The response seemed genuine.

Conversely, I just emailed Flora Fonta a few days ago and haven't heard back. Makes me think they don't care, which seems opposite the fact that they took the time to write up about how the secondary market was hurting them, yet they haven't even acknowledged a concern (again, the bottle erupted immediately after opening after chilling in the fridge for 24 hours). I'll update if they acknowledge my concern, but as of now my one experience with them is poor.

While sometimes hit or miss, I had The Bruery reach back out after I messaged them about a bad Floyd D Rue bottle (Three Floyds & Bruery collab) and they opted to give me a Black Tuesday crowler as repentance.

I've had quite a few 'infected' Bruery beers and they've always been more than willing to stroke me a check for what I paid. All I had to do was take a pic of the number on the collar.

Four Fathers' Jason Lucny did send three bottles of beer that arrived this past Wednesday - a replacement for Viking Funeral (very good stuff) plus two complementary bottles of Wheelhouse (one regular and one barrel aged - I've had the barrel aged version before and it was awesome).

And I don't see this as a one-sided situation either. Four Fathers co-owner Jason Lucny seemed genuinely concerned about what happened so that he and his employees can work on preventing similar occurrences in the future. I guess one could see me as being a serendipitous member of their quality control team...

I work around the corner from Julio's, I'm in there quite a bit and I second your comment.
