Sure, some of the best seasonal releases are in fall, but dude. Summer just started.

Oh I agree, Summer just started, but we will literally be seeing Fall brews in 2 weeks or so. It is the only instance of seasonal creep I look forward to though. I get irritated in all other instances.

Fall has got to be my favourite season, but Summer just technically started a two or three weeks ago...i'm going to have to pass for now!

I came across Ayinger marzen from last year on the shelves. Yeah, I bought it. No regrets, it was still better than most of the options that show up when they are fresh.

I don't really drink to season. All styles /all year/ variety. With that said, I buy seasonal beers when available just for the variety. Will probably sample 4-5 Oktoberfest this fall, and maybe 1-2 pumpkins just because that is when they come out fresh. Rest will be all the other styles of the world.

Considering that we've been in the triple digits since the beginning of June, I'm way past ready for Fall to be here. It doesn't really get cold here, but I look forward to a fresh Oktoberfest in the Fall weather (80 degrees)! I usually buy every Oktoberfest that hits the shelves during the fall, so I usually have enough left over to get me through the year, but there's something exciting about seeing the new Fall beers hitting the shelf. I'm sure that'll start within the next week or so, usually starting with Shiner Oktoberfest. Prost!

Do people really care about seasonal beer. I had 3 glasses of my brown ale when it was 95 degs and it was perfect. As long as it's cold I like any beer any time of the year.

Sure I'm ready - for more pumpkin beers vying for my affection, but likely failing miserably. Also more Oktoberfests, some of which I might like. Best of all is that annual stout releases start in the fall. Fall beers, get in my tummy!!!!

I am! I love everything about summer, especially when its comically hot, but there comes a point in late July where I just really crave a change in season. And the appearance of the fall beers just puts me in a good mood.

Almost like breaking ground on a house thats still a way off from being habitable.

And I love pumpkin beers (and by that I mean 'pumpkin spice,' not having that debate here).

I just pissed so many people off with this answer.

Be careful with those, they tend to become gushers after a while.

While I am not a huge summer heat fan I do enjoy drinking on the front porch and at BBQ' when not working.

I much prefer fall weather and hearty beers. I got into brown ale last fall and an IPA is much loved in 60 degree weather.

I can't drink stout barley wine or other high ABV and body when it's hot out.

    Am I ready for fall......yes

Fall beers?...I can wait a few months

    Enjoy

Love fall. Love fall beers. I voted no. I didn’t see an exclamation point as an option, so can I vote twice?

I believe Sierra Nevada is kicking out their Octoberfest beer later this month, I know once I see them I will be drinking them, they are some of my favorite beers. So I guess i will be breaking the summer rules a little :astonished:

Since the temp is still between holding between the mid 80’s to the mid 90’s, I will say no

Still enjoying IPA’s, Lagers and Pilsners quite a bit.

Hoping temperatures go down soon though, doing beer tests this year has been pretty brutal.
