    It actually boggles my mind that someone who frequents a beer site such as this isn't used to this stuff by now. People have been paying $50+ for beer for a few years now. I didn't attempt to get MD tickets as I don't think it's worth it to me, but this stuff has been going on for awhile, whether it's Rare, BA Dark Lord, etc.

    Of course, I'm not saying you have to agree with it, but this practice has been going on for a bit now.

    Yeah I only want to make the drive back out to Decorah for something new to me (KBBS, Assassin, SR71). If we weren’t getting TG distro, I’d be more tempted to go. Still, you’ll have a great time with the bonus of Pulpit Rock

    Same here. There's a Customer Support Form link at the bottom of the ticket confirmation email. I submitted one and got an email that I should hear back in 24-48 hours. Fingers crossed.

    Same thing happened to my buddy and I’m his guest. He put my name down but it has his name on both tickets. He emailed ETIX.

    If TG revokes their tickets I say cheers to that! This kind of BS is what makes getting these beers such a rigamarole.

    Giving the option to buy two tickets you have to expect people to trade. If they are trading and not selling who cares. They should be used to this..

    Right. TG prices their beers with an implied awareness of secondary prices. So to charge $100 for 2 bombers and then be upset with flipping seems odd to me

    Well not looking good. Although my issue is a bit different than yours. My wife’s information for whatever reason didn’t make it through to Etix end when I submitted the order so they only processed my ticket. I asked if they could add her name and charge the card they did for mine (as the event page says each ticket holder can add a guest for $6 and obviously I’m a ticket holder) but they refused. I might get refunded, I might not. It’s our wedding anniversary weekend and we’ve done fun brewery stuff before. There’s other breweries we could go to but kinda bummed as neither of us have been to TG before. Hopefully those with ticket issues have better luck.
