Looks like this is a Private Stache release (or at least pub-only), but the description doesn't specifically say it.

 

Facebook says it's at the Pub and Short's Mart only, and it's not at the Pull Barn.

 

New variety pack announced! Coming in the next couple weeks to Short's Mart and stores:



Always on Vacation (4.1% ABV – 70 IBU) is a session Pale Ale brewed with Motueka and Galaxy hops.

Lil’ Creepster (6.6% ABV – 9 IBU) is an amber colored German-style Gose brewed with a lil’ bit of apricot, orange peel, coriander, and lemon grass.

Schnozzleberry Griffin (5.0% ABV – 24 IBU) is an instantly appealing magenta colored American Wheat Ale made with Oolong tea and blackberries.

Sustenance Black Beer (7.3% ABV – 25 IBU) is classically referred to as a Schwarz beer, is a dark American Lager.

 

Looks like a great summertime variety pack! Pumped for 3 never bottled before brews.

This makes me ridiculously excited for BAs who couldn't pick it up at Busch's the last couple years. Not to oversell it, but Citra Local's is so awesome

 

Speaking of Busch's, Freedom of 78 is on sale for 10.99 this weekend. If you've got one near you stock up!

 

I am LOVING this year's batch of Melt My Brain! Lots of lime and offset by lots of bitterness from the tonic water. This is the summer beer I fell in love with a few years ago. Thank-you Shorts!

 

With my drinking habits I'm usually a six-pack and done person (with few exceptions).

I have had 2-and-a-half 12 packs of MMB this year. It's ridiculous, and it's to the point I have to remind myself not to have too much in a sitting.

 

I stocked up with 4 6-packs of MMB cans before I left the U.P., during my fourth of July visit back home. Glad I did. Even though this beer is seeing WI distro, I haven't been able to find it anywhere in the NW corner of the state. It is my go to post-yardwork beer, since Surly stopped making Bitter Brewer.

 

Interesting, there's a TBA that's bottles, kegs, and cans. It's probably not, but I'm hoping for a return of Evil Urges.

Also interesting that Mule Beer (new look) is a seasonal. Moving from the summery MMB gin/tonic/lime to a more cool weather appropriate ginger/lime. Finally have an excuse to use my copper mug, too.

 

I hope that TBA is Kind Ale.

 

I hope they can squeak in Cup a Joe in the fall lineup. It has been a staple in my fridge the last several Novembers.
