I should point out that ad agencies often provide beer in order to numb the pain of working at an ad agency.

 

My fiancée used to work at an ad agency. Some of my favorite stories from that time involve picking up her/her coworkers up from a drinking escapade...

So, when did OH start doing tours? $10 for 30 minutes including some tasters.

I forget if this has come up before. Do we have any idea what the OH ownership/equity looks like?

 

Update: it does not taste very good. Looks a lot lighter in color than I remember ACE being, which is a bit surprising as I was expecting a brown mess. Definitely very malty, some thin flavor up front but a pretty bad aftertaste following. Normal carbonation for an OH beer. Ultimately not as horrible as I expected, but also not much like the ACE I remember.

Drink your growlers folks and don't leave them in my office fridge for 5+ months.

The fact that it’s still carbed is a testament to counterpressure fills being worthwhile. If they ever dropped something that holds up better for fills it might be worth sitting on.

Speaking of non-IPAs, I noticed that a lot of their upcoming events seem to be focused around wild ales or Saisons, any chance we see something from the foudres soon?

Absolutely. Space Daydream is tasting killer as well right out of the gates.

Wonder when/if we’ll see Citra or Galaxy variants of Hop Showers. Sounds like something I would love to fill my fridge with and just call it a month for beer buying.

 

Had the latest All Green everything can yesterday. Delicious as always, still one of my all time favorites. I was going to say I wish they released it more often, but at 10.5% it's a good thing for my liver that they don't.

 

Just drank my last one from 12/20/17 last nite and it was also still delicious . Plus i usually drink 1 @ over 10% or 2 under.

Wow held up since December that's impressive. Next time I'll have to buy a case to "age" lol.

 

Will be making a cameo tomorrow with @frozyn from around 11:30 to 12:30 before we go to Sixpoint if anyone wants to have a beer.

 

To answer my own question. Just went. Plenty left. Got a HS and a Space

Also had a double citra daydream on draft. Could just be me (long day and have eaten about a pound of cashews) but didn’t taste quite up to what I normally expect
