It's so strange not starting off on page 1. Cracked one of my last 2013 Pugachev's Cobras. This is amazing at 5 years. One of the best. Cheers all.

Remedy Brown Out, 5.2% ABV and 25 IBU. Pours dark brown with a 3 finger off-white head that left excellent and persistent lacing. Nose is malty and sweet, taste follows, with caramel and almost no bitterness. Excellent mouthfeel, overall outstanding.

7% abv IPA, canned 7/9, brewed for Hops Hill's 4th anniversary; dry hopped, featuring Amarillo and Mosaic... Citrusy and floral, with herbal and pine notes in tow... Bitterness is moderate, sweetness only mild, carbonation ample... Lean and clean, with a drying finish...

Great use of Citra hops here. One of Sand City’s finest beers.

This is a picture full of Stellas. My daughter, the beer, and the glass. All we need is @BeerVikingSailor's cat.

Good evening, all! I'm drinking this 'Gansett Lager, courtesy of @PatrickCT. I have to say that if you're drinking this out of the can, you're missing out on the most beautiful pour in existence among AAL's. Clear golden color, tons of thick, white head, and fantastic head retention with scads of pretty lacing. Lots of complexity to the aroma and flavor profiles. with a rich malty note and a peppery and spicy hop finish. Bonus: the clam boil recipe on the can. Problem is, I'd bet that this beer is easier to get than chouriço sausage. For me, anyway. :slight_frown:

Sandbridge beach? Been there a number of times. My wife remembers (I have no memory skills) a restaurant or two she liked. I will post the link when she gets it.

Was at my folks house last week and found this in the fridge. Gotta be like 2 years old - I must have brought it over a while back. Still good stuff!

Very nice IPA from 5 Rabbit. Great head retention and thick lacing on the glass. Flavors of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, light pepper, and pine hops; with moderate toasted biscuit, light honey/caramel/nutty malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Similar, muted, muddy aromas. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel; light resins/rinds. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very drinkable, not overly aggressive, 6.66%. Great Citra, Azacca, and Amarillo profile. Very juicy and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, with mild residual sweetness. Very Midwest-style stuff. 3.88

BBA Imperial tea stout. This was fantastic! Solid head retention and light spotty lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, black tea, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, fudge, marshmallow, vanilla, bourbon, toasted oak, and dark/brown bread; with lighter notes of coconut, molasses, licorice, dark fruit, smoke, leather, tobacco, and herbal spice earthiness. Very mild herbal/roast bitterness and bourbon/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Light-medium carbonation and fairly full body; very creamy, silky, velvety mouthfeel that is fantastic. Light slickness, sticky spice, chalky roast, and oak tannins. Lightly increasing lingering bitter/tannin dryness. No cloying/acrid flavors. Mildly warming 11%, zero barrel booze. Dangerously smooth sipping. Killer stuff as expected. Outstandingly rich imperial malt complexity with perfect barrel integration. Nice keemun tea presence, without being overpowering. They nailed this one all around. 4.25
