Agreed. I have no complaints about the policy. Their business model is a bar/restaurant.

I wish they just had the 64oz limit instead of max 1 crowler/person per beer. I’m in the minority (it seems) that fills my growler. I really only to-go beer for my trips to Michigan to see the in-laws. The beer disappears in a day so it’s the best format for me rather than crowlers. Seems like it would be a higher margin win for Corridor too.

Next canning run will be Cosmic Juice Box the week before Labor Day. Stay tuned for the exact date. From there we will be back on monthly can releases. The summer has been a bit turbulent with departures and realignment of brewers. Thanks for bearing with us, cheers.

Yeah, brewers just can't win. People bitch about everything. I like the concept of the local brewpub, though I recognize not everyone has one. One crowler limit is great- locals can get one and if they want another the next they can go back. The out of towners can come in and get one and probably won't drive back the next day to get a second, but they aren't the ones driving your business...

I recognize non-locals want to load up to make it worth their while, well, let me tell you how you can do that- grab that crowler from Corridor and then stop at any of other great places and pick up some package beer from them. Half Acre, Dovetail, Forbidden Root, Revolution, Pipeworks, Off Color, etc. will instantly make your trip more worthwhile.

Any plans or ideas to can anything beyond CJB or Squeezit? You guys have some great other options (Highway To Haze, Mosaic Monsoon, Juice Beyond). I’m sure it’s tough to say, especially in light of all the changes and crazy summer, but wondered if you had additional plans.

We plan on canning four hazy beers. Two more to be announced in the future. That being said the departure of Roger may have thrown what will be canned into flux. We will need to re-evaluate with Eric’s beers as can options. That being said this batch of Juice Beyond was brewed by Eric and is getting great feedback. So, we will continue to brew some of Roger’s beers as draft only. Look for JB, Highway, Mosaic, and possibly more down the line. In the meantime Eric will have a new DDH IPA and DDH Double IPA out in the next couple weeks.

This batch of Juice was fantastic, and tasted exactly like the Corridor hazies we're come to love/expect. Almost as importantly, it got the thumbs up from my wife, who is a recent hazy convert (thanks to Squeezit).

Also, shout out to Eileen (hope I'm spelling her name right). She's doing an awesome job spreading the word on social media, and more importantly pouring me beers on Thursday.

Props to Eric for this batch of Juice Beyond. It’s fantastic, and based on timing I had thought it was brewed by Roger, so that’s a nice bit of info. I’m excited to see what Eric can do, as I thought the Dry Hop hazies definitely improved over the past year or so. Nice to hear there will be some of Eric’s new beers as well as brewing some of those that Roger came up with.

And seriously, this batch of Juice Beyond may very well be the best hazy beer I’ve had from you guys.

Juice Beyond kicked last night unfortunately. Galaxyeah was better than the word of mouth on here. Really excellent for a pale ale and it will be a hit for any galaxy fans. Noonish Sun is solid. Juicy but it closes with a little grassiness from the Amarillo.

This, they are a brewpub not a production brewery. A big reason there are so many more breweries in America now is that they are being brewpubs. It’s a more safe business model than being production only. Brewpubs need to keep their draft lines filled.

I bet some people on here whining about lesser to go options at Corridor went to More Brewing last year and whined about the fact they didn’t have enough of their own beers on.

Hazy Daydreamz (TDH DIPA) is supposed to be on at Great Taste this weekend. So we assume this taps at Corridor later this week

Impressions of Hazy Dydreamz? Surprised no one has mentioned it on here considering the positive reviews on Untappd.

They actually tapped it last night. I got a glass of it and a glass of the Hazy Daydreamz.

Hazy Daydreamz is really great. Reminded me a good bit of the Cosmic Juice Box, which is one of my favorite of theirs. It is very tropical aromatic and fruit basket tasting. Unsurprisingly, I think this is a top 5 DDH beer to me from Corridor.

Plump Cat was also quite good. More citrusy than full on ripe tropical fruits. Bit lighter mouthfeel and a bit green (maybe too fresh). Carb also was a bit lower than Hazy Daydreamz but not so low that I would say it is under carbonated or anything. For 6.5 abv IPA, it is really solid. Another beer I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Thanks for tasting notes/feedback. Any insight while you were there into how long hazy dreams would last? Still 1 crowler per person I assume as well...? Thanks

Sorry man, I didn't even ask. I got those two pours, and the girl and I were on our way to Jeni's for some of that Brambleberry in a waffle cone.

I never got the obsession with Jenis. I lived a block away from the first one in Columbus for a number of years and went about 3 times - preferred a number of other options. Was shocked when I moved to Chicago that this was a thing. Maybe I should try it again?

I actually *gulp* don’t like ice-cream in general but that brambleberry really impressed me when she got it last time we were in the neighborhood. Maybe it’s bit of subconscious thing too since Bramble will be the top Bourbon County variant I’ll be seeking out this year.
