Oh, OK I remember hearing about that. Outside of Monkish and maybe Other Half, I'd say Bissell had the longest lines on Saturday. A ton of Bissell apparel in the crowd too.

Did anyone try Lovells Island yet? Asking a friend to pick up a few things tomorrow, and looking to try something new.

Anyone tried Double Seesaw yet? Debating a run to Canton today

Sounds delicious. I've liked both of the recent goses.

I'll be grabbing a 4pk tomorrow when I pick up Headroom (I'm joking about Headroom. No inside information)

what was headroom release like last year? iirc it was super busy early but mellowed out before stuff sold out.

I've never tried it but I'd like to, and I'm also putting together a beer box for a friend in Texas who shipped me some Jester King so this would be a nice addition.

Picked some up last night, it’s pretty great. Kind of thick mouthfeel, but incredibly tart and refreshing. Can’t wait to see more of the series.

    Also, Headroom tomorrow? Oh Lordy...

I had Headroom for the first time last year, and did not feel it was worth the hype/hassle at all. I could name at least 10 Trillium beers I like better. I'm perfectly content to just hit the taproom next week for a pour.

At 3 x 4pks per person, shocked if it sells out in one day

It was the same last year and it sold out the second morning after they split the remaining cases

$22 per 4-pack on Headroom? I guess they’re not joking about the beer “pushing boundaries”.

Oh, you mean by pricing it the same way it has been since it was first brewed?

It's always been that price. Wish they wouldn't have announced it a head of time as they've simply just guaranteed a shit show. There's pretty much zero reason to make an announcement as they'll have no issues selling this beer out by Sunday either way.

Pretty sure it sold out in the afternoon on Sat last year. Always a chance they brewed a bigger batch this year, I feel like they are pretty good with responding to demand.

I’m guessing this utilizes the new fermentation profile as well? Should be interesting.

It was a lot more expensive when it was first brewed (and sold in 750 mL bottles). It’s cheaper now, which is great!

Would think you'll get more people driving from further than they otherwise would if it wasn't announced, who have more justification for buying more beer in addition to the headroom.

Yes. It was expensive then and even more so now that they’re brewing at a larger scale.
