If you do it too much you catch adjunctivitus.

I hope we are not getting back into the puns, otherwise I'll have to remind you that I am an adjunct judge on these boards, and I'll adjudicate as I see fit...

Since I don't see you as integral to the process, I'm going to say that you're just a flavoring judge flavor-ading on the issues.

    Enough with the shenanigans.

I'll start by saying I'm not a big milkshake IPA fan. The one example I really like is Blazed Orange Milkshake. The rest I've had were "meh" to "terrible." For me, Strawberry Marbles is higher than "meh," but nowhere near Blazed Orange Milkshake. For fruited milkshake fans, I can see this as being a hit.

And this Frooted version was totally see through, which is very different than the past 4-5 versions I've had. I don't really like pomegranate, so it wasn't my favorite, but I think I like this non-smoothie format better.

Just like the Flintstones. The Great Gazoo shows up and all the fun stops.

And yes, I do own a shirt with an arrow pointing right stating "I'm with dum dum"

To stay on subject, I thought Pillow Talkin' was pretty good. One pour was enough though.

Strawberry Marbles is good and maybe the best I’ve had for the style. Great strawberries and cream flavors. It’s sweet but tastes natural. My one quibble is that it just doesn’t seem to have IPA qualities. There are Mosaic hops here but ai think these shake style IPA’s bury the positive hop qualities. Still it’s been worth a crowler purchase

Can you elaborate? Always curious when people say pretty good but then explain they only really want one of them.

I mean, if you are rating to style, that makes sense, but in these threads I feel like people are usually rating how much like enjoyed it.

Did you forget to add the whip cream and a cherry? That's your mistake right there then.

See, The Great Gazoo was an infrequent character on The Flintstones. He often was a drag and ruined everyone's fun. He also thought he was smarter than everyone and called Barney and Fred, "Dum dums." He was also invisible to everyone but Fred and Barney. Basically he was a hoity toity interstellar prick.

Oh wait, you meant the beer...

Sure. It's certainly a mix of fan favorite hops, so that's why I wanted to try it. And I'd say that part delivered. But it was a bit on the sweet side, even for a DIPA. If someone likes their DIPAs that sweet, then I can see them digging it.

So that's the context of my comments and why I thought it was pretty good, but wouldn't want more than one pour.

    Much appreciated

I seem to say this a lot when offering 150 word reviews on untappd, but that is (as I said) "I gave this a 4 - so it's good - but not really for me. Done well though." Just wasn't sure if it was the same case here.

I have a feeling I'll be talking to imaginary people after the FR share on Tuesday.
Sure thing. My initial comment was admittedly lacking detail.

I had a crowler of Strawberry Marbles last night...I thought it was delicious. Best non-stout I've ever had from More.

Strawberry forward but with a mild hop bite for ballast; the vanilla was smooth & tasty but not over-the-top. This is the best "milkshake" IPA I've had from Chicago.

On the other hand, I had a Pillow Talkin'...and thought it was super dull. It tasted more like a cream ale than an IPA to me.
