    I’m hoping to brew traditional beers mixed with some experimental ones over the next several months:

    Smoked california common
    Brut IPA with grapefruit zest
    Wild ale using backyard bugs

    My son is interested in a peanut butter Hefeweizen but I don’t know if I can go there

    Maybe split the batch, half with peanut butter?

    gonna do a hazy IPA on Monday with mandarina, mosaic, citra, galaxy in the whirlpool. then mosaic/citra for biotrans hop, then a heavy galaxy with a little bit of citra for the last dry hop.

    Once that's kegged up, I want to brew my i guess it's somewhere between a porter/stout fermented on cacao nibs then cracked coffee beans (i do these a few days before cold crash). I am going to split the batch between 2 2.5g kegs - both will get cold brew added, i think one keg I may drop some cherries in it or something, not sure - but definitely want a (non-vanilla) addition in one of the kegs.
