Trying something new. Got something funky going on that I can’t put a finger on. Not the best, but not the worst. Neat can art.

 

My stuff seems to be ok but then again they are the posts I sent.

Helping @Knapp85 bottle his beer while indulging in a fresh growler of Hop Monger IPA from a brand new start up brewery in the area as of this year ... Well Crafted Beer Company. This Shah is the real deal!

 

Saw them in concert in 1976. Yep, I am that old. But Mike no beer. Correct. I do not drink beer.

Sorry, just got a little bored.

 

Very good NEIPA. Great head retention/soapy lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berries, citrus zest, and light pepper/pine hops; with moderate wheat, biscuit dough, light honeyed malt sweetness; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Pretty muted aromas. Very mild pine, zesty, herbal, grassy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; very creamy/silky/bready/grainy wheat/oats, and slight sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Slightly increasing lingering bitter dryness. Very smooth/soft feel, minimal warming 6.9%. A little underwhelming, but I really enjoyed it. Nice Simcoe, Mosaic, Ekuanot profile. Super juicy hops with great wheat/oat/malt balance, not overly sweet/heavy. This was very accurate for the style, despite the lack of any significant haze. 3.78


Another from @The-Adjunct-Hippie. This was great! Fantastic lasting head retention and thick soapy lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big peanut butter, milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, and toasted dark/brown bread; with lighter notes of smoke, charcoal, and herbal/peppery/piney hops. Light-moderate pine/herbal/spicy hop and roast/char bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; very creamy/silky/bready/grainy malts; some sticky hops and chalky char/roast. Light-moderate increasing lingering hop/char bitter dryness. Some lingering acrid/astringency, but not too overwhelming. Smooths out through the glass. Minimal warming 6.5%. Other the the fairly aggressively bitter/drying finish, I was a big fan. Very rich and well rounded malts complexity with balanced authentic PB flavors; and balancing earthy hops. 3.98

Dude, how the hell are doing? You may have visited recently and avoided me (understand, I would do the same) but there are a few more spots you may want to bend an elbow.

 

This has got to be the best bar name ever. Great craft selection too.

NewIt is! They have a few good joose bombs! Nebulous a NE pale ale, Fission NEIPA, Pulp Truck neipa, Swhazey neipa and the best one Koloss neipa.
Very good brews and are just getting established. Check em out if you get a chance!
