My guess... New so no following like with the other more popular DIPAs that people look out for, and not a shake or a trendy collaboration to bring poke-beer type collectors out.

I had one last night, pretty green at first taste but not bad . Was a decent beer but wasn't anything particularly remakable. The Tongue is fantastic though

They should do this with shakes and stouts, been saying it for a long time. But like I already mentioned in this months thread they have no parking anymore. So they live or die on hype.

Honestly if I had any say in TH business model I would seriously consider closing the ferm and leaving Ardmore.

Do we think that lager they posted is seeing cans? I’ve been waiting to see if we saw some new lagers from them other than helles other people and trendler pils (can wise).

I hope so, wasn't the vendador a lager too? But I get what you mean.

Yea but I’m talking more traditional lager.

I've said it before but Technicolor Splendor is what I wish Weyerbacher Double Simcoe had morphed into.

Reminds me of when Big Dream Sympathetic dropped the week before the anniversary weekend. Everyone was saving their pennies for the 6th anniversary while one of their best beers was sitting.

Was going to pick up cans of Sustained but ended up passing. Pretty much the same concept as the Veil's 0 IBU series

Would really like to try that cheesecake weirdness. If anyone might be going and amiable with parting with some, I'd be mighty grateful.

So far with these funky mix shakes I’ve been mildly disappointed with. In contrast, the regular Vanilla they did 2 weeks ago was mind blowing.

Calling it now, with the price point of $27, Plush Life will last until Friday at the earliest.

Shake, and shake adjacent brews coming in fast and furious these days.

$27 for a 4 pack is outrageous. I live maybe 10 minutes from Tired Hands but find myself only buying HopHands at the general store because of their prices.

    Do we hit a $30 4-pack in 2019?

Damn you for even mentioning this.

I've already cut back on my "OMG I need to have this" mentality with lots of these TH releases because of the price point, even the bottles. I picked up a 4 pack of Hop Hands two weeks ago and it was really good, so that and Ourison might be my TH staples from now on. Don't get me wrong, I love most of their beers however I can't keep dropping $ 6 a can and maybe more going forward.

Agreed. I used to be going almost every week for the can releases, and I haven't gone since June, yet have had the chance to try single cans of most of the releases from friends who have gone. I think it's a mix of palate fatigue and wallet fatigue for me at this point. I'd much rather plop down 18 for Alien Church or a beer like Wish Fulfillment in cans VS some $26 culinary DIPA that tastes forgettable, as these last ones have been IMO.

Honestly at this point I hope they keep raising prices slightly and dropping these $6 cans more often (I think this second factor is even more significant, Shakes and Shake prices used to be few and far in between). I love Tired Hands, but I want to see what this market can bear purely out of morbid curiosity.

This would have made a lot more sense as the first can drop after Labor Day.

Plush Life is the new Ergot.

Well I am hoping that because the CSA has now pretty much done every lager available and also pineal and also the fact that it's the last week that it's one of the other drops this week so I could at least try one of them without spending 25+. My logic is sound, which means that there will be a surprise announcement of Trendler Alt this week and that will be in the csa lol.

I do like the new Pineal label, although I wonder why they decided to re-do that one while HopHands continues to go with the generic design.
