What beer are you drinking now? #2146

Unbelievable, it's raining cats and dogs out there and the air is still hot . . .




Clear rich golden color with white cap and lacing.

Aroma of clean malt and spicy, citusy hops.

Flavor is more hop forward than I suspected with a burst of citrus hops that come across as somewhat grapefruit and very fresh. The underlying malt makes it's presence known but does play second fiddle throughout. Finish is clean with a refreshing touch of bitterness.

I haven’t been on this side of the virtual bar in a little while, but considering I’m back (mostly) on overnights you may see my ugly mug on page 1 quite often.

So...back to school for two kids AND my first overnight in more than a month requires a shot of vitamin C and what better ipa than this one? Absolutely peaking right now. Cheers all.

I empathize with your situation as I was on a straight night shift for over two decades. It was nice during the summer months enjoying daylight activities while others toiled away at work. On the negative side, the body never totally adjusts and the health risks associated with working nights are real. I came to understand why sleep deprivation is such an effective form of torture. In the end it was one of the reasons I decided to walk away and move. Good luck my friend!
