Just got back from an Industrial Arts beer run-

I suppose a few of these could make it to the box if we get our assignments before they're all gone...

 

Ok. So here it is. Let’s see if I can do this via mobile.

HOLY SHIT I CAN!! Ok. So. Left to right:
Tree town spirits - spiced rum. From @FlintB s friends home made still (holy shit). Super excited to try it. I definitely drink more whisky and weird af spirits than rum, but I’ve had a few that blow me away and this one just seems like it’ll have good shit going on.
Speciation: probably my favorite non NY brewery, possibly my fave stateside. Super consistent and great shit. Anyways, here goes:
Montauk. A Kvass style beer. Aka, possibly the entire reason this box was sent.
Extinction lane. Literally perfect timing, the Jewish new year is on Sunday night and we’re all about the poms
Cross fertilization. Revisiting this one. And v happy I get to do so.
Proglacial. Honestly, I’ve never loved passion fruit. But I do love speciation and tequila, and love when beers change my mind about things.
Cyplesa. What. Don’t even know what to think or say. This looks like it’s gonna be fine wine level stuff. Basically freaking out about it.
Founders - 2016 vintage imperial stout. Founders makes some of the most age-able stuff around. Idk if I’ve had 2016, or if I currently have it, but always happy to drink their stuff. Especially side they discontinued so many (does that include this one? I can’t even remember)

And last but not least. A speciation tumbler. I LOVE TUMBLERS. That is all.

Cheers bud! We interact enough on here and untappd, and our tastes are similar enough, that it's super fun to put a box together for you. I don't drink much rum either, but like you mentioned my buddy makes it on a still he built himself (and it's really tasty) so I thought that would be fun to send. Try sipping it before mixing it with anything. The Founders imperial stout was discontinued, which is a damn shame. Really hoping it comes back as part of their barrel program.

I'd like to note that this was not a random hit, but the other half of a quasi trade. At some point Azi and I casually discussed swapping a bottle of the Montauk for a Beets from Plan Bee. Then this gets dropped on my porch without warning:



So you see, I was only balancing out the beeriverse.

A monster surprise today from a beer ninja named Arthur from Elkins Park Pa. Terriffic box o beers and all the cans are beers I've never had before, so NBS will be fun. Incredibly generous and very much appreciated my friend, appreciate the note but I don't recall anything to prompt anything. But I will find out who you are and I know where you live. Thanks again,

Haul hint: unless ofc my target hates these, they should expect some interesting farm based funky sours, some incredibly well done German style beers (local dw), as well as some, what I call, candy sours. Can’t promise anything, but hoping those will work out for you, and that my trip tomorrow ends up w me getting a bit of all of those. Cheers to this group, this site, and the insane ppl who reside here!

Looks like I was hit as well!!! My wife said i got a box and it sounded/felt like beer, so I told her to open it and put it in the fridge while I was out with a few friends. I’m home now, she is asleep, and there are no remnants of the package. She didn’t refrigerate any of them, but stacked them nicely on the coffee table by my recliner. Here is the awesome box of hops that I have been craving sooo bad!



There are 4 tired hands brews here! I’ve only had one before and it was absolutely awesome! I’m not sure who the sender is, but I have a pretty good idea. @CanConPhilly , I know it was you Fredo! If I’m wrong here, whoever it is should step up and take it like a man, or woman(I don’t discriminate).
