Let's change it up a bit. @Lawnnerd brought this back (and a few others) from a recent business trip to MT. So far the stuff he has been gifting has been pretty stellar, just wish he was here to share it

Not a bad scotch ale. Really lovely aromas, it kind of falls off on the flavor though, coming across sorta bland. Feel is a touch too carbonated for my liking. Still pretty decent though. 3.88 out of 5.

Interesting. Seriously I found this a decent pale ale on draft - with no confetti body - in my singular interaction.

Had another variety from the sampler pack, a little earlier. I am not super familiar with the Dortmunder style, what should I be expecting taste-wise ? If I had to give it a name I'd say this beer tastes pretzel-y. Very good lager. I have another chilling in the fridge now. I should go and see how it's doing,

it is 8%? Do you ever pay attention to your bullshit, or do you just talk? If it's the latter I admire that.

Been a while BAs. Found a random few Maine beers at the store I don't think I've had before. First up, Zoe Amber Ale.
Dark amber color, fair amount of hop bitterness, citris, and a little malt for balance.

Sierra Nevada should be fined for not producing this year round. Or at least on its own.

Featuring Simcoe and Mosaic hops, it presents a wonderfully plush and juicy citrus and melon character... Lightly sweet with very little bitterness, this is a clean, fresh-tasting and fluffy beer, soft and smooth and refreshing... A delight to drink... 8/21 canning...

    Cheers...

Awesome shandy! Great head retention/lacing for the style. Aromas and flavors of big lightly tart lemonade, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, and citrus zest; with moderate wheat, cracker, bready malt balance; and mild herbal hop earthiness. Mild hop bitterness and light tangy fruit/soda tartness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and moderately crisp finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malts and citrus acidity in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing tart/tangy fruit dryness. Very flavorful/refreshing, 7%. Always loved the base beer, this is equally as delicious. Great grapefruit/citrus soda vibrancy and balanced pale/wheat malts. Glad they are in cans now. This is a top summer beer this year, along with the Short's shandies. New mango version just showed up locally, so I'll be getting a 4 pack as soon as I see it!

Fantastic IPA! Aromas and flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, and pine hops; with moderate caramel, toasted bread malt balance; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced creamy/bready malts and sticky/resinous hops in the moufeel. Moderate increasing bitter/resin dryness, no hop astringency. Extremely drinkable, never overly aggressive. Outstanding juicy and fairy dank hop complexity; nice bready Munich malt backbone, with no residual sweetness. Classic Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, Ahtanum, and Amarillo hop bill. Just got another super fresh 6 pack last week. Less than 3 weeks old.

These are good videos for people that think death metal is jibberish. Clearly understandable.

It has been a while, my friend. Did you bring that or Mo to a party a couple years ago? Was a good time for all, I hope, and we definitely enjoyed destroying the growler you brought. Cheers!
