A few breweries I’m not familiar with. Anyone particularly excited about any of these?

    Not really, to be honest

I'm familiar with just about all of them, didn't even know that Fonta Flora canned stuff though. Honestly nothing super exciting but it's all probably solid.

Not sure they'll blow anyone away who is used to a steady diet of OH/Grimm etc, but a buddy sent me a selection of Cerebral cans from Colorado and they were all pretty great

None of them giving me a full blown hazehardon, but if I walked into a store and saw all of these I would be pretty stoked

Wren House, Casa Agria, Alvarado Street, and Bearded Iris all have great reputations. I’d check their beers out. I suspect some of the lack of enthusiasm is due to the fact we in NYC are overwhelmed right now with good hazy IPAs, and that looks like most of what is coming in.

Wren House has some of the best hoppy beers I've ever had in my life. Like truly amazing stuff.

Cerebral is also very, very good. Their pale ales especially.

Four Quarters makes my favorite NEIPAs in Vermont. Foam included.

Haven't had Coldfire, Triple Crossing or Bearded Iris but people rave about them all.

I get that NYC is legit inundated with great hoppy options, but the malaise about that list is surprising to me.

Right? Spoiled brats. I wonder if perhaps people missed the second image of the post (that you’d have to go onto Instagram to see)

Back when I was a kid they didn’t even have computers, one of the first computers I used had a keyboard but the monitor was paper!!

PS. You are still on the radar, #hazepecker was only the beginning. You might want to sleep with one woodpecker eye open:angry:!

Looks like Threes brewed an Oktoberfest. I needa get over there to give it a run. Got the foudre treatment too, apparently.

They must have brewed two. One is available at the NoMad Bar It was excellent (but had nothing in that schnitzel, that restaurant is unreal). Was very good pale festbier that maintained the threes lager profile. Looking forward to trying the foudre version this weekend.

Has anyone tried the new fruited TIPA "There is no there there"? How is it?

Threes and HVB did a collab brew this week. That has my attention.

I got a 4 of Beyond the Void and I can’t believe how under the radar this DIPA is. Had one last night and although it’s a bit green it was phenomenal. If Grimm or OH brewed it everyone would be going nuts. I might just have a Vic Secret obsession at this point though.

Any idea what it was or when it will be released?? If it’s an HVB style sour ipa how long would that take, or is that not possible to create without an arsenal of sour barrels to use for blending?

No idea what style but my guess is sour. SourIPA is possible but they didn’t post blending pics just brewing. HVB would have to return for blending.

I'm guessing it'll be closer to one of HVB's bottled sour offerings than a sour IPA, but who knows? I guess Threes does fruited IPAs fairly well, wish I had caught the JWB collab when it was around.
