Looking for all-Grain Flower Power Recipe

    Hey,

    Anyone know of an all grain Ithaca Flower Power Recipe?

    There's an old TBN Sunday Session with an interview with the head brewer. They discuss FP. 94% 2 Row, 3% Acidulated, 3% Gambrinus Honey Malt. The Hops are listed on the web page, but no discussion of it.

    Their house yeast can be cultured from a bottle of Cascazilla. They don't use a second strain for bottling.

    I've tried a few times, haven't been close on te hop profile.

    1.0 oz
    Centennial [9.0%] - Boil 60 min
    1.0 oz
    Ahtanum [5.2%] - Boil 15 min
    1.0 oz
    Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 15 min
    1.0 oz
    Centennial [9.0%] - Boil 15 min
    1.0 oz
    Simcoe [12.2%] - Boil 15 min
    1.0 oz
    Ahtanum [5.2%] - Boil 0 min
    1.0 oz
    Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 0 min
    1.0 oz
    Centennial [9.0%] - Boil 0 min
    1.0 oz
    Simcoe [12.2%] - Boil 0 min
    2.0 oz
    Amarillo Gold [9.0%] - Dry Hop 10 days
    1.0 oz
    Chinook [13.0%] - Dry Hop 10 days
    1.0 oz
    Simcoe [12.2%] - Dry Hop 5 days

    Looks expensive. Your hops would be almost twice your grist. I've never had the beer though so it may be worth it.

    Including yeast it's about $47. Huge on flavor & aroma with a smooth bitterness.
