    #3: I'm shipping South and East

    #4: When I moved to WA, it was at the expense of my targets state, which had been my leading candidate for my relocation.

    Yep. Latitude can be deceiving if you go with your gut. I know I always feel like I'm further north than I am once you compare latitudes on a map. Plus, there's a reason it isn't the "Lower Peninsula". My suspicion is aroused, but no map to check...
