Hamm's. #5. All this work talk is giving me the blues. :sunglasses:. Work is overrated. And, yes I have my social security password and I do have more than the 35 year-minimum in the system. It's just a matter of time. Back to the beer drinking. :beers: Cheers!

Clearly you have ignored Capra, Hitchcock, Coen, Tarantino, and Ford movies.

At this price point I'll probably not be indulging in this one again anytime soon, but Holy Cow this is fantastic.

I don’t really consider those directors as ensemble movies. I consider the cut and run contract movies ensembles the ones who have actors that you would never see in the same movie. Aston Kutcher and Robert Deniro? Well I’m all fairness no one should share the screen with Aston Kutcher. I mean he is such a presence who else needs on the screen. :flushed:

That would make Armageddon tolerable. I work down the street from there. I really wonder why I feel the need to basically wander all over the place looking for new and improved beers after work when I could just have that all the time. I have seriously considered buying a case of zombie dust and a case of hamms and calling it done

Are you questioning why you didn't eat the other half?

Local Craft Beer is a small brewery in a middle of nowhere in Kern County, near Mohaje Desert in southern California. For those of you who have access to their cans and like NE-type hops, but haven't tried one, you should.

This baby is a New England-style TIPA that was triple-dry-hopped with Citra and Dinaly. It's exactly what you would expect something like this to be: juicy and bitter, heavy, creamy and full-bodied. It's even more impressive when you consider the abv. This sits at 11 freaking percent, and I can barely tell that this is an alcoholic drink. Fantastic execution for this great beer. Definitely buying again. Cheers!

In laws live in Logansport. Tried to talk my way into a day trip to Chicago, with a pit stop in Munster, but to no avail. This was the best I could do this trip.

Well, my fellow BAs, I've gone totally insane. Sorry. I bought a 6 pack of Budweiser after work.
And the crazy thing - it's actually good.

    3.56/5 rDev +3.2%
    look: 3.75 | smell: 3.25 | taste: 3.75 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 3.5

Pours a fairly clear amber color, with a 2 finger slightly off white head. The retention is actually decent.
The nose is pretty minimal for a barrel influenced beer. All I get is a slightly sweet aroma, and that's it.
Taste - consumed at 59 degrees F - Actually better than I was expecting. There's an interesting, and somewhat delicious flavor up front that I'd guess is from thew Jim Beam barrels. The backside, however, is where you know it is Bud, because the Budweiser flavor does kick in then.
The body is a bit thicker than the standard Bud, but not much. Some carbonation, but not much.
Because it's Bud, I was expecting a train wreck. That didn't happen. It was a lot better than I expected. Now would I buy more than the 6 pack? No, but I'd be willing to drink it again, and I do have a feeling that I will drink the rest of the 6 pack.

I got to let it go. The dude posted too many gross stuff that freaked me out. Locking kids in cages. I am sure it was meant to be proactive. Made me crazy. Maybe he did not know that this happens in real Iive.

Anyway, folks can consider bantering with him. Not me.
