    So, no new FFF releases?

I’m joking but by creating a thread about the lawsuit in the “beer news” forum my intent was to keep this thread focused on releases...

Yeah, but dreamworks didn’t have the rights at that time, which means calling for Dreamworks to sue is strange. That’s just semantics though, as I’m pretty confident Floyd’s didn’t have the rights.

Also, the Dumb Starbucks thing was in fact making a joke about parody laws. That’s why it didn’t fly and you don’t see Dumb Starbucks still existing - it was infringing - and Nathan knew it was.

I just assumed you wanted to see a bunch of overworked alcoholic neckbeards go, "THIS IS BULKSHIT #ragequit". That's like 90% of what I feel like news response posts are. People getting worked up over a thread not requiring their level of response, sharing how much they like a beer, complaining other beers are not around, or shitting all over someone else's opinion. Then there's like 10% real discussion.

    Way more real discussion here.

It's been out a few weeks but if you want to get a jump on your holiday shopping, Alpha Klaus is available at the brewery.

I noticed that too. Employee at the kiosk said they’ll be pouring it at a beerfest so they brewed a one-off batch.

Have they ever offered a barrel-aged alpha klaus?

Yes, they have. The first post in this thread shows a few releases, albeit some time ago.

If it were a snake...and looks like there were more frequent BA offerings then. Hopefully something soon...

Yes, and they weren't anything remarkable then. Think the hype led the flavor profiles. Would probably be mediocre compared to things out these days.

I remember drinking BA Alpha Klaus and regular side by side and being far more impressed with regular.

maybe i'm too in to the scene, but when I hear of these lawsuits I only think about Ms. Vitto explaining how only two cars in the 60s had positraction and enough power to make burn markes, and that nobody could confuse the Corvette with the 64 Skylark.

Is it usually pretty crazy on weekends like this? Or not really.

Why do special FFF beers always seem like a blend of accidents they are trying to package to sell off? These are like the collaterized debt obligations of beer.

Yes, as in the brewpub will be busy. Always seems to be on the weekends. But you'll have no issue strolling in the kiosk to buy beer.

If history tells us anything, Grapes of Smash will be $20-25 and will last for months at the brewpub. No need to rush.

25$ each and the peeps at the kiosk claim the bottle count is under 1000 so I doubt it will last months.

Also rumored another ba sour sometime after next weekend.
