That is good input. When it comes to brewing process can be as important (and sometimes more important) than ingredient selection.

    Cheers!

Ugh that invasive dipa looks interesting but the can art is stressing me out. We don't have them at home yet but have literally killed thousands of them near work and friends' houses in the greater 422 corridor.

Just what I want, that damn fly staring at me on my can as well as flying all over the place outside. Damn things are just creepy.

Remember now is the time to kill those egg pods, ziploc bag and rubbing alcohol. Or ziploc bag and Ergot.

Hardest part is getting the ones higher up in the tree

I have not seen those pods around me, but aren't they are all gone by now? The bugs are mature.

They will be laying the pods soon. They almost look like brown mud streaks on the tree branches

I mean it got me to look up the spotted lanternfly and now I see a bunch of trees of heaven in my yard I'm going to prioritize ripping up, so pretty slick.

There is a good video about how to tell them apart from sumac and other natives:

Yeah, its a little bit weird way of raising awareness, but I guess it works.

Hops and fruit trees are some of the other plants they are drawn to (and will ruin the crop), so there is a vested interest.

Nope. I may swing by and get a Lantern Fly DIPA and some AC, but I'll pass on the third.

So look at where we are now. 3 beers released yesterday, an astonishing amount of each beer left over at well over 100 cases for each. How times have changed..........for the better. [Jean Girard voice]Maybe, just maybe [/Jean Girard voice], prices will soften.
