    [​IMG] Killing off the last dregs of the keg from my “Made on America St” amber ale. Very nice. 2 row, biscuit, chocolate malt, Munich.

    Those look great. What are your rough grain % for each? I brewed the marzen from brewing classic styles and it's a bit sweet for my tastes. I'll see if the judges in the bjcp comp I entered that is being judged this weekend agree

    80% Barke Munich
    10% Barke Pils
    5% carared
    5% caraaroma
    2oz sinamar (for color)

    Photo shoot just now of the new NE Pale I brewed, which is tasting incredible right now! The Galaxy and Vic Secret are really starting to pop. 4.6% ABV, ~30 IBU... Hopped with Warrior, Comet, Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and Vic Secret. Killer combo!
