Bearded Iris

I’m heading to Nashville for a week, and Bearded Iris is one of my planned stops. I notice that it’s BYOFood, anyone have suggestions for local restaurants that do takeout?

Between Forecast and Technicolor, I'm glad BIBCO is getting into producing more Lager styles.

 

Agreed! I thought Technicolor was excellent but have yet to try Forecast. Excited about Peach Mood Ring as well.

 

Forecast was ok, Peach+Cinnamon Mood Ring was iffy at best... Only needed a small taste and that was enough for me. Didn't work for me at all. Heard others around me basically say the same thing.

The stars of the tap list were definitely DDH Chief of Chiefs and Attention Please on our visits.

 

These are by far the two best beers (and the various DDH Attention Please variants) that BIBCO produces.

I'm having the new V.Latte tonight and I really wish they'd produce a stout w/o lactose.

 

Any of their stuff make it's way out to Chattanooga? Will be there this weekend.

 

You will see Homestyle i believe and maybe some other cans, some draft as well. But the mood rings, stouts and other more popular stuff usually doesnt make it out of brewery.

 

I went to The Bitter Alibi for brunch last year and they had three different Bearded Iris cans available and some pretty tasty food too!
