I think that version is great...but I actually prefer the regular Elevated, personally.

    Cheers.

Thanks @TheDoctor. This was awesome. Fantastic lasting head retention and thick foamy lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/zest, and light pepper/pine hops; with moderate wheat, biscuit dough, light honeyed malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; creamy/bready/grainy malts, and some sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Slight lingering resins/rinds. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very smooth/soft feel. Feels like Citra, Amarillo, Centennial. Very juicy and lightly dank/earthy hop complexity; great wheat/oat/malt balance, not overly sweet from lingering dryness. Spot on NEIPA! 4.13

New American oak edition. This was amazing! Fantastic lasting head retention/soapy lacing on the glass. Crystal clarity. Aromas and flavors of huge raisin, plum, fig, peach, pear, date, cherry, apricot, red apple, red grape, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, charred oak, nuts, and toasted brown bread; with light notes of oaken vanilla, chocolate, cocoa, pepper, leather, tobacco, smoke, and yeast earthiness. Slight booze in the aromas as it warms. Light herbal/char bitterness, oak tannin spiciness, and yeast tartness on the finish. Medium carbonation and fairly full body; very creamy, silky, bready malt mouthfeel; light stickiness, oak tannins, and chalky char in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter/char/tannin dryness. No cloying/astringency. Mildly increasing warmth of 14.5%. Dangerously smooth sipping. This was very distinctly different from all other barrel variations I've had. Not as syrupy/dark on malts, a bit lighter on fruitiness. Might have just used a fresh batch, and none of the solera. Super clean and perfectly balanced rich malts, fruity yeast, and fresh charred barrel complexity all around. Can't wait to try the french oak one now! Wow. 4.38

Closed the shades to remove the glare, as the window faces West, but made the picture come out and dark and shitty. I am sure no one cares. Anyways, that is a Sierra Nevada Ruthless Rye.

Listening to some new Windhand, looking forward to seeing them next Sunday. Hopefully this can take my mind of the Rockies shitting another brick.

Spent five days right on the beach. Lot of old fu**ers like me there. Surf fishing was the sport of choice. Mine was drinking beer sittilng on the porch watching the ocean call me.

    Stay safe.

I have had the displeasure of shaking @lester619's hand before. Very lady-like, indeed. Like how I would imagine a magician or old timey hat maker would shake hands.

Moderate pour yields a one inch off white head over a reddish amber body with some sticky lacing. Nose of funk hits you first with slight oak and lemon/lime as well. As it warms the oak comes forward a bit. Taste of aforementioned citrus and oak with a slight citrus pith dryness near the finish. Nice feel and overall, another job well done by Vasili. Cheers!
