3rd that. Have loved R1 every time I've had it. I'm a sucker for straight BA stouts though.

Had R1 for the first time a couple weeks ago. I agree it is fantastic and a nice change of pace from a lot of the adjunct stuff.

I bought four hazelnuts this morning. Figured I would use the new shipping option so I wouldnt have to make the trip. 4 bottle shipper plus fedex turned out to be ~$43.

Anyone have the cycle blended? Thoughts?

Pretty good. I’m not a big fan of rum BA stouts in general though.

Anyone have any feedback on the last two bottles (Stay Fancy and Oh My Goodness)?

I've had both but I am a fan of Rum BA and many times prefer it over whisky. I like the dry aspect it brings to the party. So, I'm not sure I'm a good reference for you. I liked both brews.

OMG - It's a lactic Barley Wine and it's very interesting with a dry back, cream overtone and the sweet burnt character of the wine mellowed. It's a brew you can have now or lay down. It's definitely different than anything in the Wine styles I've had. It's worth a shot if you love Barley wines and want to try something innovative.

Stay Fancy - Classic Cycle Dos BA Back with a lot going on and the different flavors of cinnamon, cocoa hit you at different times and a great deal depends on the temp of the beer. A lot changes as it oxidizes. Definitely a good cycle brew and one if you like a lot of complexity.

My opinion. I bought 3 of each. I live 6 miles from Cycle so I can get most anything there if anyone is in dire need of Cycle. I prefer $4$ trades or even Bottle for Bottle. I don't like getting into the whole jack the price or trades up thing - exhausting. But, that's another topic!

I preferred R1, but blended was very good.

Rare1 is the best beer they make and it's not even close.

I would agree with R1 being great, but I think Thursday (R1+BA Coffee) is right there with it if you like coffee in your BA stouts.

Just cracked my Thursday tonight and it was definitely infected. Anyone else have the same experience? I was super bummed because I love R1 and thought the coffee treatment would be delicious.

Pretty sure I'm still sitting on a Tuesday and Wednesday. Should I crack them? Are they still replacing/refunding bottles. Is the recent R1 still available?

Not sure if they’ll replace for me. I messaged them but haven’t heard back. I wouldn’t sit on them though. Gonna drink my Tuesday and Friday within the next few days

I have a Thursday that I haven't opened. I traded a couple and didn't hear of any problems. I will have to drink mine soon. This thread is the only place I have heard of any issues with Thursday.

Cycle is making it right. Stand up brewers. Super stoked on them.
