Noble Ale Works (2018)

How much was a 4 pack of the cans after fees and taxes?

 

GOD DAAAMN!

 

10 months ago this would have been an instant sell-out. Crazy how quick Noble has fallen out of favor, but that's what happens when you rest on your laurels.

 

Yeah, that $24 price tag is too steep. Combine that with their decline in quality lately, plus the fact that we have so much quality shelf haze available at a lower price (Modern Times, Browerij West, Revision, etc...), and this makes it an easy pass for me. I hope the beer is great, but taking all factors into consideration, it’s just not worth it for me. And many people seem to share my sentiment.

 

It's been 6 months since they canned anything and they have me a bit skeptical on quality.

And like others said, other breweries put out good stuff for a bit lower on price.

 

I bit on one four pack hoping this beer is at least close to the first iteration, albeit not double dry hopped. If this one sucks, it'll be easy to pass on future Noble releases given their decline.

 

About the only thing I liked from Noble this year was Rubenesqueapades. And even that, I was looking for more Reuben's flavor profiles than Noble's.

 

I like the because you're worth it, the reuben was ehh, but in the caution of trying to be smart with my money for once, no reason to jump at this.

 

Pass on this one. I’d rather fly to Reno and bring back some Revision cans.
