So concidering I just had the greatest NEDIPA ever and this is still tasting very good, is a compliment to Rising Tide. More bitter, but still tropical upfront.

 

Coming to the conclusion that i may have been over-served last night....wtf...

Enough sun for today...I’m inside now cooking bison and chicken bones in the crock pot (for bone broth); then I’ll strip the bones and add the meat to the beef spaghetti sauce I’m working on, to add texture and a little flavor...hope the next game has a better finish than TB’s...Jai Alai on the balcony, 93 degrees but only 60% humidity...a great fall day here in SWFL:

 

Whoa. This is freaking delicious. The coffee is strong, the chocolate and vanilla play perfectly with the bitterness. The feel is thick and chewy. This is awesome.

I feel like I can’t leave a post lately without my life story lately. I snuck in a quick trip to Other Half today and got some delicious beer. But, again, 2 hours with another dog tracker, and another 2 hours putting up a new round of fliers. I’ll be able to make the 2nd half of my soccer game and then another week of overnights. It’s just constant shit lately. Cheers though

Finally hitting a classic thanks to my friend Ben. He forgot about it, knew it was past it's prime and said so, but offered it to me because I'd never had it. And then I forgot about it as well...

This is old as fuck, at least in IPA ages, but I'm frankly surprised at how drinkable it remains after about 5 months.

 

Yeah, it sucks frankly.

 

Still not stout weather in the Panhandle, but a man only has so much patience!

2017 model, coffee she is nowhere to be seen(or tasted). It’s still good stuff with dark chocolate and barrel notes, and by God it looks good in the glass!
