Roughtail IPA, liking what I am seeing from my Cowboy, so far

 

Seriously does not get much better than this.

 

New Belgium Oakspire, 9% ABV. Pours deep burgundy, with a one middle finger of off-white head that left slight lacing. Nose is...pretty much nothing, and taste follows. A bit malty, but that's about it. Decent mouthfeel, overall meh. Not picking up any noteworthy flavor and can't detect any barrel. Overall good, in that it's inoffensive.

 

Long day of yardwork, heat index 93 but humidity is down. Hydration beer....

“And here we go”

Deep hazy amber , one finger white foam cap, good lacings

Sweet candied fruit aroma, tropical fruits,

Taste of tropical fruits with a small bit of dank on the finish

Medium sudsing, hop taste , hop nibble

Good beer

 

Cowboys do look good, but some of that is the Jags looking terrible.
