    Born and raised in Westchester but I just turned 22, and I just moved back from San Diego about two months ago. So no I don't have any sense of where beers come in and when and how badly they may be priced in general.

    Hence my starting the BCBS and Backwoods threads, I'd never had either up until this release and I was dying to get some.

    To your defense, I appreciate these threads. I'm new to the area and still figuring things out. These threads have been helpful for me.

    yeah that's really what it was for me, I want these beers, know about them, but am not familiar with where gets what, or if they are reasonably priced, so it was a solid way to find out.

    I just picked up a couple bottles at Astoria Bier (in Astoria, Queens). $5.49 a bottle, seem to be selling by the individual bottle and didn't appear to be any limit. I've been checking around for prices and that seems to be on the higher side, but I really wanted to try it...

    Got some Backwoods Bastard yesterday at City Swiggers on the UES for $4.79/bottle. $1 discount if you buy a 4 pack, so $18.16 for a four pack. They also had some Bourbon County on the shelves for $6.99/bottle.

    $16.50/4pk at Whole Foods Tribeca. They have a truckload.
