so I'm hearing DDH DP is actually really GREAT. Seen untappd scores and facebook comments and people are bringing back the hype to Noble.

Good to hear posative feedback on Dub Platinum. I also see that they have Citra Showers on tap - my first sip of that back in 2014 made me think that it was filtered through J-Lo’s under drawers - I am talking perfection. Shell of its former self when I had it earlier this year though. Hell, maybe I’ll make the trip tomorrow for some Platinum, a nostalgic Naughty Sauce, and a taste of Citra. Cheers you wild animals.

Noble and Offshoot hazy IPA collab coming on the 5th of next month. What was someone just saying about trying Noble now since they’ve given up on Offshoot?

I'm not a fan of offshoot's IPAs at all. R they better now? haven't had a IPA from them since Bravo, which I thought was OK.

Yea, how could I ignore their email, ULTRA PREMIUM ULTRA PREMIUM ! TRIPLE THE JUICE ! OK guys I get it, its ultra premium whatever that means and it's triple the juice LOL whatever that means. If you would just brew consistently ULTRA PREMIUM beer you wouldn't have to resort to this kind of hyperbole. Hope it's good guys.

    Cheers,

Just popped a Power Shower, which has me thinking: if the Shower beers were all about the use of one hop, why would you collaborate? So how exactly is this beer 50/50? Which Shower beer did you select? (No hops are listed on the bottle). Anyway, the beer is ok, nothing special. It’s pretty dry. And at $7.99 a bomber I can’t complain.

Let us know how this new batch of Citra Showers tastes, I'm with you in that it's a shame what has become to the Shower Series, at one time these were one of the best series of beers anywhere.

I wish I had a time machine to go back 2 days so I could change the quantities from 1 to 2 on the eventbrite page:sob:

Just got back from Noble. Naughty Sauce is a shell of its former self - too light with no coffee roast. DDH Double Platinum was pretty good. Real ripe and robust tropical fruits, but lacked bite in the aftertaste. I also got a small pour of Couch Nap, a 11.9% ‘super stout’ and it was vile. Nasty rotten fruit all over the place. I prob won’t be back for a while.

Wasn't a fan of them at first. Had their last couple releases and all have been fine but nothing special. Nothing made me buy a 4 pack but all were ok.

Drinking a Citra now. It’s a lot better than the canned version I had months ago. Still, it doesn’t touch the original I had in 2014.

Stopped by the tasting room today for a drink ahead of the Paul Kariya jersey retirement, and tried the DDH Double Platinum. Wow, this was a really good hazy! Head and shoulders above a lot of the other OC hazies lately. Really an impressive return to form for Noble, if you ask me.

Also, it is impossible for me to express how awesome the people at Noble are for letting people park in the lot during hockey games. I'd much rather spend $10-20 on Noble beer than waste it on parking fees!

David, picked some up at Mr.K's and finally cracked the cap on one tonight, it's excellent, classic west coast hoppiness at its finest...AND......I can see through it !!!!

Ah yes. Picked up a bomber last Monday. Instint hop aroma so clear west coast old school twist. Picked up another bomber from Mr Kegs on Sat. This one is bomber worthy. Simcoe Revenge was in cooler as well.

Has there been any updates/progress on the expansion? Is it not going to happen?
