You shush now, and keep that to yourself

In all seriousness what I've had from UR has been solid. Anxious to sample some of their BA stuff. The BBQ isn't half bad too. It's not what I got accustomed to in OK/TX, but its definitely worth a try as solid BBQ joint in Norcal can at times feel like an endangered species.

So any thoughts on Mo Citra or HTTDZ? Haven't gotten down there yet, but would like to check these cans out.

Wish I could get up there to grab some. Their "WC" IPA's are leagues better than most other brewers, and better than their "hazies" as well, in my opinion.

I'm very psyched they are releasing a pale ale...cuz, ya know...Cellarmaker does them best!

“5 Year Anniversary” ~ Pale Ale

For our lengthy 5 year anniversary celebration we needed a beer that was low in alcohol and big on flavor that we could drink continuously but keep our wits about us. That’s why we designed this double dry-hopped pale ale with the lightest malts and sexiest hops we could find. Pilsner malt and oats make a clean, crisp base for an over the top hopping by Galaxy, Citra, Nelson, Mosaic and new comer, Strata.

    $5 per 16oz can or 4 Pack $18

    Limit 12 Cans

    “Dank Williams” Double IPA Cans

Mosaic, Columbus, Summit and double dry hopped with Nelson, Motueka and Centennial. Big bright fruity aromas from the Southern Hemisphere hops with a pine and stonefruit focused flavor. Praise these hops, I saw the dank!

    $6 per 16oz can or 4 Pack $22

    Limit 12 Cans

    All limits subject to change

Nice! A Pale Ale is indeed exciting. Mixed with the first Cellarmaker beer I ever had and I'll have to make an effort to be a part of this release!

I'm having an Alvarado Thunder in Paradise with my sister right now I'm loving it, and we were debating whether Cellarmaker had ever done a Milk Sugar IPA. I usually don't like these, but I love CM beers and she is saying they did one a while back. Anybody know what it was by any chance? I'd love to keep an eye out for it to see if I can get into the style. If anyone can get me into it, it's Cellarmaker!

*Edit* I should probably note that technically it's ASB get piquing my interest, but CM is my go to lol

I mentioned this in the BA Bottleshop thread:

    • CASK: Admiration IPA conditioned on Lactose, Vanilla Bean, Cara Cara Orange Zest & Harper Melon

    This was for SFBW2017.

I have 4 tickets to the 5th Anniversary Party on Saturday. I'm having to go to a poorly timed wedding in LA so I cannot attend. Selling at face value ($25ea) and hoping to sell as a group. Message me if you're interested! I'll be drinking my wedding Bud Light and weeping quietly

You must have been there right around the time I was. Pretty stoked to be able to get away from work for a little bit to catch this release.

I was there probably from about 3:15 to 3:45. Sat at the bar and noticed a few folks coming through to buy cans and leave because they had to go to work.

Didn't get a chance to get a pour of the 5th Anniversary, but I did get some Mo' Strata and was blown away. I think that's the most guava-forward IPA I've ever had. I'm impressed that they were able to achieve that quality without the use of actual fruit.

Damn, Cellarmaker is my fav, but I'll likely have to skip this release . I've got five 4 packs of Other Half en route from NY from a buddy, plus my car is in the shop and my Lyft bill is freaking insane right now.

Too bad, I think you would have loved this Pale. It's more hop flavor than most of their IPAs.

Yea, the pale is really hoppy - pretty good. Dank Williams though blew me away, fuck that's a good beer. Was really hard to keep it to just one last night.

Nice, I was one of those peeps that had to get back to work. I was really envious of you guys who were sitting at the bar! Hearing a lot about these Strata hops, looking forward to trying some brews with them in the future!

Was there around 130pm today. Tons of 5th anniversary cans left if anyone still needs any. Looked like there wasn’t much demand for Strawberry Oblivion either.
