    Shipwreck’s gone, huh?

Seemed to last forever the last time I had it in the orange waxed swing top growler released in 2015.

Will need to seek it out on tap.

Will Basic Coffee cans see distro? I noticed kegs have popped up in a few spots but haven't seen any cans yet.

First time back in the Highlands in a while today. Winking and Harvest are great, so is Basic. Thought Basic was nicely balanced and it was cool to try Coffee as a smaller beer. Would love to see more takes on it at <12%. Does the label change ("overhopped") to Id mean anything? Sipping one now and trying to figure out if I notice much a difference from previous batches - I think the answer is no right now. However I noticed a difference between Beach batches when that label was added. @augiecarton am I over thinking?

Im sure that there is a decent chance that @augiecarton will reply back with a response that includes a slightly tweaked out recipe with more hops being added but I personally am of the "opinion" that it's Carton's way around the whole DDH"ing" thing.

Instead of it being double, triple or quadruple dry hopped on the label, now it's just an "Overhopped" brew that still carries the weight of say a DDH but with a more universal and general descriptor.

"Overhopped" can in fact be either DDH or TDH but the fact still remains that this brew has been "Overhopped" and that's actually pretty cool.

Although that's just my thoughts on the subject.

The artwork on the can of tangled up is priceless, what an awesome expression of one great song as well as the beer named after it.

I may have taken Augie's description of Basic Coffee a little too literal. I spend yesterday afternoon and early today running around town with a Styrofoam coffee cup full of Basic Coffee. Awesome beer for some light day drinking and maybe the only beer I know of where Styrofoam and a plastic lid constitutes proper glassware.

just letting you know we added more hops. mostly because i have a newer hop rocket and i thought it would be fun to bring those couple beers home and push up their additions to tune its use.
i will DDH something some day, but when the right move for a beer is to multiply the dry hop addition by 2

oooohhh how would you do this (if you don't mind me asking)

dry hoping double the amount of hops in the single (or however many time you) dry hop OR doubling the amount of times you dry hop with the same amount of hops OR doubling the amount of times you dry hop with double the amount of hops?

Latest batch of IDIPA is great. I haven't had it in a while so I am not sure if it is hopper than before.

Picked up O'dub at Bottle King that was canned the day before. Not sure how this is possible. I think Augie is some kind of beer wizard .

is it as .... 'dank' ... as the original version? I LOVED the first batch, but I didnt feel like the 2nd was as good as that original batch (and maybe the 3rd ? cant remember).. I just recall from that first batch opening up a can and thought my kitchen smelled like somebody was sparking up a joint in the next room . It was SOOO fragrant.
